How to view them?

    Go to the show you want to view results from.
    Click Classes and then select a class.
    Select the Results tab.

No results or incorrect results?

  • Classes need to be marked as 'completed' by the show manager.
  • Show managers might still be uploading them into the site.
  • Remember show managers can be very busy, sometimes they might've inputted them incorrectly.

Can’t join a class?

  • Double check if deadline to enter a show.
  • Some shows and rings have a maximum number of entries.
  • Classes may be ‘Closed’ by the show manager.
  • Your entry might be locked by the show manager.

Can't checkout?

  • Self checkout was turned off by the show manager. Call them directly Telephone Receiver
  • Your entry might be locked by the show manager. Call them directlyTelephone Receiver

Can't edit show fees?

  • Show fees cannot be edited after you've saved your entry. Reach out to the show manager to request changes such as adding or removing stalls, shavings etc.

Can I change or add a new card?

  • Yes! Remember cards are per entry of each show so you need to connect your card to that specific show entry.
  • Go to the show, then click on Check Out, and then click on the Actions button.
